Cpu speed incorrect ?

i have a p4 3ghz but in my computer properties it shows it to be 1.5 ghz it shows that in si software sandra too but in bios it shows speed to be 3ghz(200*15) also in bios ,si software sandra and my computer properties the name of the processor is p4 cpu 3ghz the computer [...] http://bit.ly/qqReDv
