Trouble with Citibank credit cards on the phone.?

Is there any way to have a credit card with Citibank and not have to listen to agents talk endlessly about all these worthless things they think I should have? I don’t care about my APR rate; I don’t want credit protection; I don’t want to transfer a balance, etc. http://bit.ly/nlytYt
