where do i go to update standard dual pci ide controller?

im running windows 7 64bit and says they are out of date but i cant find anywhere to download them, now someone told me not to even update them should i not even worry about it for the drivers for the motherboard ive downloaded everything on the cd,is there somewhere else do download them http://bit.ly/n9JQMF
