Can I put in a Nvidia GeForce 6600gt in my Dell GX260??

I checked on ebay and it said I need a PCI Express compliant motherboard and i dont know if I have that….i know the 6600gt is good for an an agp slot on ebay. Do i need PCI Express?? http://bit.ly/mYOpX2
