would my 3d performance greatly improve if i switch to a 256mb (Standard Pci) Video card?

i currently have a 128mb (Standard PCI Bus) vid card. and im thinking to upgrading to a 256mb. but i want to know if that will improve my FPS in games or so. http://bit.ly/mVKOur
