I have a motherboard with 2 pci slots and a pci e x1 slot.?

I also see a blank spot with 2 screw holes with a pcb design for a pci e slot. Now my question is can i buy a pci e slot and fix there ? or do i just get a new motherboard which i dont really want to do ? http://bit.ly/rjdwxT
