How to fix a malfunctioned pci express port?

my motherboard supports pci express 2.0 x16 but for some reason once i overclocked that pci express port and soon it malfunctions on pci express 2.0×16 (setting in bios) i dont know why,i think either its cuz of that or i overclocked my gpu anyways now I need to find a way to fix it [...] http://bit.ly/mwAG31
