Diff between VGA Workstation and standard pci-e graphic card?

what is the different? I have seen my friend play Crysis using it Nvidia Quadro VGA workstation, looks like it running at crappy fps i think around 20-25fps at 1.5GB ram (high setting)?! when i ask the price he said 00, WTF man.. bloody price for performance like that, i thought my Gforce 9800GT running [...] http://bit.ly/j1K2BF
