can somebody help me mod my dell dimension3000 to 4gb ram, PCI-e cards, etc…?

My dell dimension came out in 2006, I think, and it’s ram is maxed out @ 2gb. I want 4gb, a pci-e card slot instead of oldschool pci standard, and stuff like that.
